1. Cancellation by Client
* You may cancel your scheduled session at least **12 hours before** the agreed time
* Eligible cancellations may qualify for a refund as per our Refund Policy
2. Late Cancellation
* Cancellations made less than **12 hours before** the session will not be eligible for a refund
* Such sessions may also not be rescheduled
3. No-Show Policy
* If you fail to attend the session without prior notice, it will be considered a **no-show**
* No-shows are **non-refundable and non-reschedulable**
4. Rescheduling
* You may request to reschedule your session if you notify us at least **12 hours in advance**
* Rescheduling is subject to availability
* Last-minute rescheduling requests may not be accepted
5. Cancellation by Golpo Digital
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to:
* Unforeseen circumstances
* Technical issues
* Scheduling conflicts
In such cases, you will be offered:
* A full refund, or
* The option to reschedule at a convenient time
